In ALUNA Kids, we care about our customers' satisfaction and the quality of our products.

The product can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, in its original condition with all tags and packaging.

There is no refund for the paid amount, only an exchange.

In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error was on our part.

ב-ALUNA Kids חשוב לנו שכל לקוח יהיה מרוצה מהמוצרים שלנו.

ניתן להחליף מוצר בתוך 7 ימים ממועד קבלת ההזמנה.

המוצר חייב להיות חדש, ללא שימוש, באריזתו המקורית ועם כל התוויות.

לא ניתן לקבל החזר כספי, אלא החלפה בלבד.

אם התקבל מוצר פגום או שגוי, יש ליצור איתנו קשר בתוך 48 שעות מקבלת ההזמנה.

עלות משלוח ההחלפה תחול על הלקוח, אלא אם הטעות הייתה מצדנו.
